I. Professional requirements

Network administrator
– Management of network infrastructure architecture.
– Manage, coordinate and optimize transmission systems throughout the Company to ensure stable and safe operation.
– Build the network infrastructure architecture diagram for the company such as: WAN, VPN, LAN, VLAN, ….
– Firewall administration: Control the flow in and out in the network system, build policies to use the network and resources in the Company. Get log file of Firewall and report to manager daily.
– Managing and dividing the right to use the internet, the Sever data system in the Company.
– Manage each LAN, VLAN according to the policy of the company’s leadership for each department.
– Providing information technology services to the Company’s affiliated units.
2. Security Management – ​​Safety
– Administration and monitoring of network security systems, IT systems.
– General data management of the Company.
– Web management/administration, domain name, Company E-mail.
3. User Support
– Receive and handle problems in the process of using system and business hardware
– Organizing training and disseminating technology for relevant departments and professional staff
4. CCDC
– Procurement, repair and management of assets, tools and instruments of the Company, including; printers, photocopiers, air conditioners, refrigerators, lighting systems, tables and chairs,… Install ink for the Company’s printer and fax machine systems.
– Asset management in the office (Tables and chairs, machinery and equipment): Manage assets, perform periodic asset inventory as prescribed.
– Manage the system of telephone exchange, computers, network devices, servers … belonging to the Company.
5. Other
– Other jobs as assigned.

II. General requirements:

– Gender: Male.

– Graduated from University with major in IT.

– Experience ≥ 2 years in similar positions.

– Ability to administer web, understand hotel management software.

– Proficient in using Office computers: Word, Excel, Power point…

– Knowledge and ability in design is an advantage.

– Ability to work independently and in a team.

– Willing to work in provinces across the country – when required.
