  marriage, eco-resort and aquaculture in Do Son, Thanh Ba district. Including adjacent houses, villas, hotels, resort villas, experience tourism works, landscape trees, water surface. The system of social infrastructure works (Culture, kindergarten, hotel….) and the system of technical infrastructure works are invested and built synchronously.

• Location: Pa Co Commune, Mai Chau District, Hoa Binh Province
• Scale:  The area is 156 hectares, including 84 hectares of land for project implementation and 72 hectares of forest land for management. Construction of a high-end eco-resort with synchronous technical infrastructure, including hotel complexes, restaurants, resort villas (in the form of Homestay), …. consistent with the general planning of Hoa Binh Province in general, and the planning of Mai Chau District in particular.

• Location: Forest environment rental area 07 sub-zones 293 in the administrative area of Phuc Khoa commune, Tan Uyen district, Lai Chau province
• Scale:  62 ha area including :
  + The resort and service works under the forest canopy in the service administrative subdivision;
  + Ornamental botanical garden, with many typical plant species in the area of Hoang Lien National Park, combined with ecological and landscape lakes to serve the fire prevention and fighting work;
  + Build eco-tourism routes, internal patrol road system combined with serving tourists’ sightseeing under the forest canopy.
