The project is located in the planning area LK7, BT1, OTM1 and OTM2 in zone A – An Van Duong new urban area, Hue city with an area of 8.38 hectares. The project includes 17,633 m2 of adjacent residential land; 9,905 m2 of residential land for villas and 27,196 m2 of residential land combined with commercial services, 2,807 m2 of landscape land for low-rise buildings and 26,059 m2 of traffic land. The goal of the project is to form a new residential area, a high-class commercial and service area, to meet the housing needs of the people and the shopping, relaxation and accommodation needs of tourists.
