Professional requirements:
Receive assignments and tasks from the Chief of Staff directly on the construction site.
Responsible for management, inspection and supervision of construction quality and progress at the construction site.
Organize and execute construction projects as assigned by the Chief of Staff.
Report and propose ideas to the Chief of Construction on issues of organization of construction at the site, difficulties and unusual incidents to direct and solve in order to execute on schedule and achieve quality.
Carry out the acceptance and handover procedures in accordance with regulations.
To be responsible to the Chief Commander and the Project Command Board for the assigned work.
The arising job requirements (if any)
General requirements:
Gender: Male.
Graduated from University of Construction, Transport, preferably.
≥ 04 years of experience in the field of civil and industrial construction.
Dynamic, creative, careful, under pressure at work.
Proficient in using office computers: Word, Excel, Power point…
Proficient in using specialized software: Estimating, AutoCad, Project.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Willing to work in provinces across the country when required.
