Job description:

– Read and understand drawings, grasp the intent of the design, use functions, can detect shortcomings in design documents (if any).

– Calculation of dissection volume.

– Formulate construction measures from each item to the overall.

– Developing technical and normative processes for construction works.

– Prepare detailed construction schedule, overall construction schedule.

– Deploy shop drawings, rebar detail drawings…

– Preparation of technical documents, completion of works, payment of works.

– Internal technical acceptance (at the works) when required.

– Capture and build a contract for the worker’s team if assigned.

– Capture and promptly update the latest regulations on capital construction of the State.

General requirements:

– Gender: Male.

– Graduated in DD&CN construction, preferably from the University of Construction, Architecture.

– Experience ≥ 03 years in the field of civil and industrial construction.

– Dynamic, creative, careful, under pressure at work.

– Proficient in using Office computers: Word, Excel, Power point…

Proficient in using specialized software: AutoCad, Project, Estimating

– Ability to work independently and in a team.

– Willing to work in provinces across the country when required.
