Contract signing ceremony and groundbreaking ceremony of HESCO commercial center – office – high-rise apartment project

In the early spring of the Year of the Rat 2020, Constrexim No.1 (CONFITECH) JOINT STOCK COMPANY signed a contract with Thang Long Vietnam Urban and Housing Development Group Joint Stock Company.

Project information:

Package: Construction of Foundation and Basement Structure to cos ±00 and underground construction method (excluding precast concrete pile construction).
Construction: 45-50 storey building, mixed land HH.
Belonging to the project: Commercial Center – Office – Hesco High-rise Apartment.
Location: 135 Tran Phu, Ha Dong, Hanoi.
The total construction area of the basement is 27,000 m2 with the scale of 3 basements.

Construction progress: from March to October 2020.
