On November 1, 2021, on behalf of the Board of Directors of Constrexim No.1 (CONFITECH) JOINT STOCK COMPANY Mr. Nguyen Quang Huy – Chairman of the Board of Directors cum General Director held a meeting of all employees of the Company.

Part 1: Report on the Company’s activities and operation plan in the next months:

1. The Investment Division reports the progress of the projects being implemented up to now, the implementation plan in the next months of 2021 and the plan for 2022.
2. Construction and Installation Division reports on construction results of ongoing Works in 2021 and marketing and bidding for projects, expected revenue plan for 2022.

Part 2: Notify all employees of the Company about the appointment and transfer of personnel & assign new functions and tasks to some employees.

On behalf of Mr. Nguyen Quang Huy – Chairman of the Board of Directors cum General Director, Mr. Truong Tien Dat – Assistant General Director read the announcement of the following decisions:

1. Decision to appoint Mr. Nguyen Duc Long – Deputy General Director in charge of investment project development and investment preparation.
2. Decision to dismiss Mr. Truong Tien Dat from the position of Deputy Director of Economic – Technical Department; Decision to appoint Mr. Truong Tien Dat as Assistant General Director in charge of Contracts and Internal Control.
3. Decision to transfer Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuyet Mai – Specialist of Finance – Accounting Department as Secretary of General Director under the Department of Assistant Secretary and Internal Control.
4. Decision to transfer Ms. Nguyen Thi Lan Anh from the Department of TLTK & Internal control to the Investment Projects Development Board; Decision to appoint Ms. Nguyen Thi Lan Anh as Deputy Director of Investment Projects Development Board.
5. Assigning functions and duties of Deputy General Director positions.
